Iowa sees double times five in win

December 3, 2003 By admin

The Iowa Hawkeyes had five players in double figures in an 82-56 route of Wisconsin-Green Bay last night in college basketball action in Iowa City. Iowa coach Steve Alford says they had good balance in a lot of areas. He says turnovers remain a concern though as they tried to make the quick score way too much. The Hawkeyes had 21 last night, and Alford says that’s their Achilles heel, as they has six guys with multiple turnovers. He says though the did outrebound the other team and hold them to a low shooting percentage.Iowa is 4-0.
