Grinnell gives scoreboard a workout

The Grinnell College men’s basketball team is up to its old tricks again. The Pioneers are averaging about 135 points per game and are 3-0 following a win over William Penn. Grinnell coach Dave Arsenault says “it was really an ugly victory.” Grinnell won, 127-116. Arsenault says his Pioneers may have been looking forward to Saturday’s game at home against Lake Forest.Arsenault says Lake Forest will try to take the air out of the ball and will spend a lot of time playing defense. Arsenault hopes his team can “jump out of the box” quickly.
