Waterloo woman dies after being hit by snowplow

There’s are least one storm-related death in eastern Iowa. Waterloo police says a city snowplow struck a pedestrian around 1:30 this morning on a Waterloo street. Police say 43-year-old Cheryl Gray of Waterloo was walking when she was struck by the plow driven by 55-year-old Steven Crook of Waterloo. Gray was pronounced dead at the scene.
