The Drake women have struggled on the road but they have been tough to beat at home this season and will look for that trend to continue on Friday night. The Bulldogs are 5-6 in the Missouri Valley Conference and prepare to host league leader Southwest Missouri State.Drake coach Amy Stephens says they were pleased with the effort at Illinois State and there’s no doubt they’ll play hard against Southwest. The Bulldogs are 5-6 in the Valley, and Stephens says they’ve played well at home.
