ISU seniors get comeback win

A Big comeback in Hilton Coliseum. Trailing by 13 in the second half Iowa State roared back to down Colorado 83-77 in the home finale.Cyclone coach Wayne Morgan on his postgame show on the Cyclone Network says it was great win, particularly for the seniors in front of a big crowd. Trailing by 13 early in the second half the Cyclones rallied with defense. Morgan says “they crucified us on the boards 38-21”, but he says the press allowed them to get 26 turnovers and that was the difference.Morgan says everyone had a part in the win. He says he has great kids. He says he’s only had five bad days in 95 practices and 26 games.The Cyclones take a 7-8 Big-12 mark to Texas Tech for their regular season finale.
