Northeast Iowa Conference rivals Waukon and Charles City collide for the 3A crown. Top ranked Waukon is 27-0 after a thrilling come from behind win over Atlantic in the semifinals.Sixth ranked Charles City lost both regular season matchups with the Indians but Comets coach Adam DeJoode says his team is not satisfied with just getting to the title game, they want to win.
