Details are still sketchy on a shooting by a Waterloo police officer this morning. Waterloo police responded to a hang up 9-1-1 call just after six this morning. During the investigation, one person was shot. The person was taken to a Waterloo hospital, but their condition and identity have not been released — nor have other details on what led to the shooting.
