Black Hawks host Chicago in key game

April 9, 2004 By admin

The Waterloo Black Hawks will try to extend their season tonight as they host Chicago in game-4 of their USHL Clark Cup Playoff Series. Chicago leads the best of five series, two-games to one. The Hawks will be looking to solve Chicago goalie Shane Connelly. So far in the series Waterloo has out shot the Steel 120-82 but have been frustrated by Connelly, who has allowed just four-goals. Despite being down two-games to one. Waterloo Coach P.K. O’Handley is confident that his team will respond with a good effort and says they played the last part of the season with pressure. If the Hawks win, game five of the series will take place tomorrow night at Chicago.
