Iowa ready to wrap up Spring drills

April 13, 2004 By admin

The Iowa Hawkeyes will conclude spring drills Saturday in Kinnick Stadium but coach Kirk Ferentz says the fans won’t be seeing a four-quarter game. He says he’s not sure what the format will be, but it may be like last year where they used controlled scrimmages like practice. He says he wants to see how the team is physically before deciding. Ferentz says whatever they do, it will be fun to get out in front of the fans.
