UNI Spring game is Saturday

April 23, 2004 By admin

UNI closes out spring drills in the dome tomorrow and coach Mark Farley says the defense has been getting a lot of attention. He says it’s a very young defense, much like the offense was last year. He says they’re still in the process of trying to find the top 11. Don’t expect to see the starters run up impressive numbers against the reserves. Farley wants equal squads to make it competitive. He says they’ll put the best on offense against the best on defense so they have good competition.
