UNI hosts track qualifier

The University of Northern Iowa will offer track and field athletes a chance to boost their Olympic hopes next month. The school will host an Olympic qualifier on June 26th for athletes who want to qualify for the U-S Olympic trials. Meet director Kyle Kepler who says meets like these are popular with athletes who coming off an injury and still need to qualify for the trials.Kepler says athletes that have already qualified will use the meet as a tune-up.The U-S Olympic trials are July 9th through the 18th in Sacramento.
