The Waterloo Bucks like their chances in the second half of the Northwood’s League race. The Bucks play 15 of their last 24 games at Riverfront Stadium where they are 4-0 in the second half. They open a five-game homestand tonight against Rochester. Waterloo manager Andy Haines says he thought they drew a tough schedule in the first half with so many road games. Shortstop T. Shelby says the players like the support they get at home, and says if they keep winning the fans will keep coming out.
