Hardin County one-car crash kills one

An Illinois man was killed in a one-car crash Sunday morning on Highway 20 in Hardin County. Twenty-one-year-old Terry Westbrooks of East Moline, a passenger in the car, died. Another passenger, Cecelia Vailey, and the driver, Brandon Reynolds, both from East Moline, were injured. The car reportedly dropped off the shoulder, jumped back onto the highway and rolled, ejecting all three people.
