There was a big drug bust in Denison today. Denison Police Chief Rod Bradley says at about one a-m his officers and deputies from the Crawford County sheriff’s department carried out a search warrant. Police seized methamphetamine, ecstasy, mushrooms, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and arrested several people on drug violations. Half a dozen were arrested in all, five of them residents of the house where the bust was made. In addition to drug possession and conspiracy to distribute, charges range from child endangerment to maintaining a premise for the putpose of having or selling illegal drugs. Chief Bradley says there’s more to come. He says it’s part of an ongoing investigating and he expects more arrests later this week. The suspects range in age from 21 to 46.
