Three dead in two incidents in the Des Moines area

August 25, 2004 By admin

Three people were found dead at two separate crime scenes in the Des Moines area on Tuesday. Police in the Des Moines suburb of Urbandale have yet to release much information on the two bodies found in a home there yesterday at midday. One of the residents didn’t show up for work and a co-worker discovered the scene — which investigators call a double-homicide. Police are seeking 26-year-old Raymundo Gomez Cruz for questioning but haven’t released the victims’ names, nor how they died. Late last night, several people were involved in a separate shooting rampage in a Des Moines apartment complex. One man was killed, another wounded. Police are searching for several suspects but as yet, have made no arrests.
