A Denison woman is charged with stealing more than a-thousand dollars in gift certificates from the Denison Chamber of Commerce office — where she used to work. 21-year-old Aimee Hankins was charged with theft, burglary and forgery this week in Crawford County District Court. The thefts occurred sometime during August or September. The Denison Dollars were used to buy merchandise at two local businesses. Hankins will be arraigned October 25th and authorities say more charges are anticipated.
