A Red Oak couple could face up to forty years in prison for drug and gun violations. Western Iowa law officers took a warrant to the home where 54-year-old Drexel Lee Dukes lived with 42-year-old Pamela Hoselton in rural Red Oak in September 2003. Officers told a jury this month that they found chemicals used to make methamphetamine, items of drug paraphernalia, several guns and un-registered silencers for the firearms. Then last July agents went back with another warrant and found more items used to make meth. A jury took three days to find the man and woman each guilty of two counts of manufacturing methamphetamine. Dukes was also convicted of possessing un-registered firearm silencers. Their sentencing is set for the first week in April.
