Waterloo man accused of abusing kids at daycare

A Waterloo man accused of abusing children he was supposed to be watching. 62-year-old Edward Murphy is charged with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse and once count of indecent contact with a child. The incidents involved three children under the age of 10 over the past seven years. At the time of the incidents Murphy was at least partly responsible for watching the kids at two private daycares in Waterloo. Murphy is being held without bond.
