Oelwein man faces hunting and other charges

An Oelwein man is facing illegal hunting and other charges. The Fayette County Sheriff’s office executed a search warrant at the Oelwein home of 42-year-old Richard Roloff. Roloff is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of eight illegally taken deer. Authorities also found a substance at the home that was sent to the lab for testing, and more charges are pending.
