Olds man faces charges for leaving daughter in car

A southeast Iowa man is facing criminal charges for leaving his daughter alone in a hot car. An Olds man faces child endangerment charges after an incident June 20th in the Mount Pleasant Wal-Mart parking lot. Police responded to a report of an infant left unattended in a locked vehicle. It was found that Kent Davis had left his one-month-old daughter in the vehicle while he shopped for about 45 minutes. The child was treated and released.
