Four Iowa businesses have been listed among the five-hundred fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. Each year Inc. Magazine publishes the list, ranking companies based on growth and this year two companies from Iowa are again on the list, along with two Iowa newcomers. GeoLearning, Incorporated, which is located in West Des Moines, does web-based training, and its sales grew five-hundred-20 percent in three years. Innovative Lighting of Roland makes lights for RVs, boats, trucks, and trailers and saw its sales jump three-hundred-40 percent in three years. West Des Moines-based MediNotes markets software that lets doctors create digital patient files, and MediNote sales were up three-hundred-64 percent in three years. The other Iowa company on the list is BoDeans Baking Company in LeMars. The firm makes sugar cones for packaged ice cream treats, and saw its sales grow by four-hundred-83-and-a-half percent in three years.
