Panther coach Mark Farley says Saturday’s regular season finale still has plenty of meaning for his team. U-N-I has already qualified for the national playoffs but a victory over 3-7 Northern Arizona will help them get a home game.

He says they’re a very dangerous team with a quarterback who led them to the playoffs two years ago. Farley says Northern Arizona has nothing to lose in this game. He says they don’t know what’s going to happen with the committees, so they have to go out and focus on winning the game.

Quarterback Eric Sanders is still battling an injured ankle but Farley says he will continue to play. Farley says each week he gets a little better, but each week he gets hit a little bit and has to overcome that. Farley says it’s hard to put a percentage on his ability.
