Shelby County accident claims another life

November 21, 2005 By admin

A third person has died from injuries suffered in a car crash in Shelby County last week. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office says 59-year-old Roger Page of Harlan died Saturday at an Omaha hospital. Page was driving a car that lost control in icy conditions on Highway 59 last Tuesday night. His car crossed the center line into the path of another car. Two passengers in the Page vehicle were killed in the crash – 19-year-old Elizabeth Page and 20-year-old Stephanie Nash, both of Harlan. Page was taken to an Omaha hospital, where the Sheriff’s Office says he died on Saturday. The driver of the other car involved in the crash suffered minor injuries and was treated and released the night of the accident.
