December 15, 2005 By admin

The Luther men’s basketball team returns to action on Saturday when the Norse visit Bethany of Minnesota. Luther is 4-3 on the season and coach Jeff Olinger has matchup concerns. Olinger says Bethany will be real scrappy and are about the fourth team in a row that they play that doesn’t have a post player. He says you can take advantage of that on offense, but he says it makes it hard to match up on defense.Olinger says coming off final exams this will be a tough team for them to play. He says Bethany will press a lot and he says with his team coming off finals, they’ll be worried about being sharp.
