One dead, one critical in Sioux City shooting

December 15, 2005 By admin

Sioux City police aren’t revealing much about two shootings discovered yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon. One man is dead and another is in critical condition in a Sioux City hospital in what police call a homicide. It’s the second homicide in the city this year. At about 2:30 yesterday afternoon, police got a call about a man lying in the street with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital. Another man was found, dead, in a Sioux City residence. Investigators spent the next seven hours securing the crime scenes and securing evidence. Police have not released the name of either man.
