Death of Eagle Grove woman still a mystery

December 23, 2005 By admin

Authorities still don’t know what killed 42-year-old Sherri Grandgeorge of Eagle Grove, whose body was found in the community’s downtown behind a business and near railroad tracks on Sunday. The preliminatry autopsy results, returned yesterday, indicate no sign of foul play in Grandgeorge’s death. There was no sign of trauma or other foul play that would have contributed to her death. The investigation is continuing with more results expected next week. The cause of death has not been determined. Grandgeorge’s funeral is today at a cemetery near Woolstock.
