A Waterloo teenager is recovering after being shot. Waterloo police aren’t saying much about the shooting. 18-year-old Rolandus Alexander was injured in the shooting, which occurred around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon at a home on the city’s east side. Police say Alexander suffered a gunshot wound to his upper leg. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of what are described as non-life-threatening injuries.
