January 13, 2006 By admin

A former Grinnell man is charged with sexually assaulting a Grinnell woman in Chicago. West Chicago police say the alleged assault happened on or about April 25th after the man asked the woman to accompany him on a trip to Chicago where the assault occurred. The victim reported the assault at the Grinnell Regional Medical Center and they called police. The investigation found the victim was assaulted and sustained minor injuries. The suspect, 40-year-old Eddie Raymond Kibbie, turned himself into police in West Chicago and is being held on a half-million dollar bond.
