A registered sex offender from Clear Lake is missing from a Mason City halfway house. Mason City police say 21-year-old Justin Leroy Holtz allegedly did not return to the Beje Clark Residential Center when ordered to. An arrest warrant has been issued for the charge of Absence from Custody.
Holtz is a white male, standing 5-foot-8, weighing 200 pounds, and has red hair and blue eyes. Holtz was convicted in 2004 of assault with the intent to commit sexual abuse. Anybody with information regarding the whereabouts of Holtz is asked to contact the Mason City police or their local law enforcement agency.
