A Greenfield family counseling agency is being accused of offering bribes to a former juvenile court officer for central Iowa. 36-year-old Timothy Dean Rockhold whose last known address was in Chariton faces up to 13 years in prison and fines of up to 17-thousand five-hundred dollars. Rockhold was a juvenile court officer in the Fifth Judicial District for ten years.

Officials indicate Rockhold accepted bribes from the Phoenix Family Services of Greenfield. Officials say the family counseling agency paid Rockhold about three-hundred dollars for every case referred to them between 2001 and 2003.
