Lytton residents charged with drug possession, child endangerment

March 1, 2006 By admin

Two Lytton residents were arrested by the Sac County Sheriff’s Department on drug and child endangerment charges. Twenty-eight-year-old Troy Howey and 26-year-old Shanda Fulcher were both arrested after sheriff’s deputies detected a burnt marijuana smell coming from inside the home as deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant.

After investigating, deputies found and seized a small amount of marijuana along with a pipe. Two 16-month-old children were in the room where the marijuana was being smoke, which led to child endangerment charges being filed against Howey and Fulcher. Both are also charged with possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.
