A burglar in Cedar Falls apparently got more than he bargained for when broke into an occupied hotel room early today. Cedar Falls police received a 9-1-1 call just before 5:30 this morning from the Extended Stay Inn. The caller said that a man had broken into their hotel room and they were holding the man.

When officers arrived, the occupant of the room had the suspected burglar pinned to the ground.
