Waterloo police charge fourth man in shooting

Waterloo police have now charged a fourth man in connection with a robbery and shooting in January. Nineteen-year-old Antonia Hardy of Waterloo is being charged with first-degree robbery and willful injury. Hardy along with Rondell Cropp, Tyler Weber and Rayshawn McClarity, all of Waterloo, are accused of participating in the January 12th robbery of James Shower. During the robbery, Shower was shot in the chest with a shotgun, and was treated and released for the wound.
