Authorities in north-central Iowa are looking into a possible cattle-rustling case that were discovered missing last week from a farm near Latimer. The Darwin Pralle family has been looking for three one-to-two-week old purebred Gelbviehs (GELP-fees) that were taken from the farm on March 12th.

Two of the calves are red while the other being black, and each was wearing a yellow ear tag with its birth date and the number of its mother. The Iowa Cattlemen’s Association is offering a cash reward of up to one-thousand-dollars for information resulting in the arrest and conviction of any person involved in the case.

If you have information, you’re asked to contact the Iowa Cattlemen’s Association at 515-296-2266, the Franklin County Sheriff at 641- 456-2731, or the Pralles at 641-866-6760.
