March 28, 2006 By admin

A joint investigation that brought Iowa and Nebraska law-enforcement agencies together has wrapped up with the arrest of two men accused in burglaries in both states. Their investigation solved three burglaries in Monona County and several in Nebraska’s Burt and Thurston counties.

Twenty-year-old Billie Morgan of Onawa, Iowa, and 28-year-old Mike McCullough of Decatur, Nebraska, are each charged with three counts of burglary and stolen property, each classed as a felony under Iowa law. Investigation’s continuing and they expect to make more arrests.
