Trial date set for James Bentley

The man accused in a high-profile sexual abuse case has had his trail date set. James Howard Bentley is facing second degree sexual abuse charges, filed in Benton County. Bentley is on trial for allegedly abusing 10-year old Jetsetta Gage, who was later murdered by Bentley’s brother, Paul. James Bentley faces abuse charges in both Benton and Linn counties. The Linn County case is set for a May 8th trial date, also in Osceola.
