April 18, 2006 By admin

Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide in the Emmet County town of Armstrong. Emmet County received a 9-1-1 call at 9:43 p.m. that two people were dead at a house in Armstrong. Law officers responded and found two people dead from gunshot wounds. A female was found dead in a livingroom chair, and a male was found dead outside in the yard near the garage.

Officers found three children — ages eight, five and four — sleeping upstairs. The victims were identified as 35-year-old Nathan Anderson and 34-year-old Amy Anderson. Both live at the home.
