Southeast Iowa man killed in accident

May 9, 2006 By admin

A southeast Iowa man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday morning in Powesheik County. Troopers say 23-year-old James Leeward Long of South English was driving his Chevy Malibu just before 8 o’clock, eastbound on Highway F-52, when he failed to negotiate a curve. He lost control, left the roadway and hit a field driveway, with the car rolling over and coming to rest on its top.
