Raymond Castle, life-flighted to Des Moines, was cited for failing to obey a “Yield” sign.

His wife Opal Castle was killed in the crash. The driver of the truck, 39-year-old Tracy Weave of State Center, and her 16-year-old daughter Tanya were injured and were taken taken to a Marshalltown hospital.
