Mid-Prairie downed seventh ranked Dyersville Beckman in stunning fashion. A fly ball to right off the bat of Braden Kos was dropped by Beckman’s Nate Thomas with two outs in the bottom of the eighth and two runs scored. The Mid-Prairie Hawks won the game, 7-6. Beckman coach Tom Jenk says it was a crushing defeat for the Blazers.
