Nineteen-year-old Jeffrey Smith of Waterloo is accused of shooting and killing Tonyeah Jackson outside club Crystyles on July 9th. Smith has been in the Black Hawk County Jail since July 11th, when police charged him with possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver.

The drug charges stem from a follow-up investigation into the fatal shooting.
