Three in Creston arrested on drug charges

August 14, 2006 By admin

Three people including a Creston businessman have been arrested on drug charges. Authorities carried out a search warrant at a downtown jewelry store Friday night and arrested owner Michael Wolfe on three counts of delivery of methamphetamine, a class “C” felony. His bond’s set at just over half-a-million dollars.

The police, deputies, South Central Iowa Drug Task Force and state narcotics officers also arrested Curtis and Kelly Tracy at their home outside Creston’s city limits. He’s charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, Kelly Tracy with distributing methamphetamine, and authorities say more charges are likely.
