U-N-I will drop in the poll which comes out later today. The Panthers were stunned in their home opener by division two North Dakota 35-31. Panther quarterback Eric Sanders says it was a tough loss, but he says it’s not the whole season and they have to come back to practice and get ready to play again.

Sanders says North Dakota was the hungrier team and played harder at the beginning of the game. Sanders says his team made some mental errors and North Dakota is a good team that took advantage of the errors.

North Dakota coach Dale Pennon says it’s a big, big win. Pennon says they came into the game with the intent of winning and that’s what they prepared for all week. U-N-I hosts South Dakota State on Saturday.
