Dubuque teen injured in fall from roof

Dubuque police are investigating an incident in which a teenager was injured after he fell off the roof of a house during a party. It happened just before one A.M. Sunday at a home in Dubuque, as police were breaking up an underage drinking party reported at the house, an unidentified Dubuque teen fell about 24 feet from the roof as he was trying to climb out an attic window.

The teen was initially taken to Mercy Hospital in Dubuque and then transported to University Hospitals in Iowa City. According to sources, the youth was unresponsive as of Sunday afternoon.
