Kids face charges over B.B. gun

October 12, 2006 By admin

Several youngsters are facing charges after an incident with a B-B gun brought the lockdown of an Ottumwa school. A young man allegedly pulled a gun during an altercation last night at a local restaurant and several students at Evans Middle School were involved in another confrontation this morning.

The school was “secured” until the students were located and searched. The gun was later found at the home of one of the students and turned out to be a B-B pistol.
