October 16, 2006 By admin

A search is underway for two suspects after a shooting at a home in the northwest Iowa town of Hawarden left two people dead and a third hospitalized. The victims are identified as 19-year-old Jose Topete Duenas, also known as Jose Cruz, and a 20-year-old Alonzo Pena Topete. Jesus Topete, age unknown, was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City where he underwent surgery for gunshot wounds. His condition was not released. Authorities are looking for a tan or pewter-colored 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe which may have no plates or Iowa plates 290RLT. Two people are also the subject of a search: Rodolfo Delgado Ramos and Enrique Delgado Ramos, both Hispanic males, 19 to 21 years of age.
