Workers to soon get back to making Bunns

October 23, 2006 By admin

There’s some work going on today (Monday) at the Bunn-o-Matic factory damaged by fire Friday in Creston. In an e-mail from the Marketing Communications Manager, Melinda McDonald indicates workers were at the facility today (Monday) working on clean-up, and Tuesday the plant will be operating with limited production. If employees have any questions, they are to call their supervisor.

Creston Fire Chief Todd Jackson says a cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, and the state fire marshal’s office. The chief says information on their findings will be released following completion of their interviews and investigation.
