Wells Dairy marks completion of new headquarters

October 25, 2006 By admin

Wells Dairy celebrates the move to its new corporate headquarters in northwest Iowa today (Wednesday) with a 1:30 P.M. ribbon cutting. The ceremony marks completion of the 30-million dollar project southwest of LeMars.

Wells is leasing the new building from a private development group, the LeMars Business Initiative Corporation. Wells is the first business to locate in the new 40-acre area. The project consolidates many Wells business locations throughout LeMars into a central corporate headquarters.

Speakers this afternoon will include officials from the company, LeMars and Plymouth County. Public tours are planned November 11th.
