Dead man identified asTripoli trailer park manager

The Bremer County Sheriff now says a man found dead at a trailer court near Tripoli was the facility’s manager. Seventy-seven-year-old Loren “Pete” Moeller, the manager of the Grandview Trailer court was arrested Saturday and charged with indecent contact with a child in connection with an incident in September.

Late Monday night the sheriff’s office was called the trailer court on a report of an unattended death. A man was found trapped between the frame and the dump box of a truck. The Bremer County medical examiner had identified the dead man as Moeller, and made a preliminary ruling that he death is a suicide.
