The Simpson College women’s basketball team expects to make another run at an Iowa Conference title this season. The Storm are 2-0 and coach Brian Niemuth has eight letterwinners back from last year’s team that won the league title and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the first time. Simpson plays in a tournament at Wisconsin-LaCrosse this weekend and will open Saturday against a Carroll College team that is also ranked in the top 25. Simpson will play host Wisconsin-LaCrosse on Sunday.
